How long do you take to process orders?
All orders are processed & shipped within 5 working days. You will receive a tracking ID from our logistics partners once your order is shipped. Do note, Saturdays & Sundays would not count as working days.
Where do you ship to?
Aulerth ships worldwide, and all relevant shipping & clearance charges will be included in the final price of the jewelry when you check out so you can enjoy hassle-free delivery with just 1 click.
There may be additional import duties that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We are unable to calculate what these would be at the time of invoicing. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with logistics partners to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from our logistics partners for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery.

How can I track my Shippment?
You will receive your order tracking number on your registered email ID, but you can also log into your account on the Aulerth website to manage & track all your orders.
What is your return policy?
